Understanding the Problem
Life Line Screening did not have an online portal for their participants to be able to access their screening results. The only way their participants could receive their results was through the mail, which was often weeks after their appointment. Our team needed to build this customized portal, which had to be easy to use, integrate with their existing infrastructure, and to only allow participants to access their results and personal health information.

Key Solutions
We worked with Life Line Screening to design and develop a system which integrated with their existing infrastructure, compiling and presenting participant results data through a securely accessed portal. Participants who opted in would receive their results within a few days of their appointment instead of having to wait weeks for them to come through the mail. The system we built collects raw result data from the appropriate systems, then analyzes that data to display the appropriate informational content related to a participant's results.
In addition to the system integration, we also helped design and implement the appropriate security levels so that all personal health infomation was protected and only accessible by the participant.

Final Results & Takeaways
Through the software creation and system integration, we were ultimately able to help the client overcome the challenges their divergent legacy system presented, making it possible to compile, analyze and securely display participant results data much more efficiently than before.
