Solution Discovery Engagement

The Solution Discovery Engagement is the best choice for simpler projects with less people involved. With a Solution Discovery Engagement, you will receive:

• An in-person guided session with subject matter experts from The Refinery. These experts include a systems architect / business analyst, a UI/UX designer, and a manager to ensure every runs smoothly. (Session can be up to 4 hours in duration, as needed.)
• Refinery team will share ideas and provide suggestions for possible solutions what the next steps to take are.

Deliverable take-aways include:

• Digital images of all flipboard / whiteboard notes, sketches, diagrams.
• Digital copy of any notes taken during the session.
• Digital audio recording of the entire session.
